We are seeking positive, engaging and driven individuals to join our customer-focused team. Our Supermarket Assistants play a vital part in our team, from delivering great customer service to ensuring our customers have access to our premium range in an appealing, engaging and organised setting.
About the role
We have many roles across the store, from being the face of New World Centre City in our Customer Services team, to producing delicious goods in our fresh foods departments, or, getting the store customer ready in our stock departments, we have a role to suit everyone. This is a great entry point for individuals looking for a career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Key responsibilities
·Deliver on the excellent customer New World is renowned for.
·Merchandise the retail shop, ensuring our customers can get “what they want, when they want”.
·Maintain stock levels and create visually appealing displays.
Hours
Most roles will be FULL-TIME positions, specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage. New World Centre City operates from 07:30am – 10:00pm, 7 days a week, and, some of our team start as early as 05:00am. All shift patterns will include a weekend day, please confirm your availability in your application.

·No prior experience necessary – we will provide you with the training you need to succeed.
·Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
