Store Operations Manager - Four Square Hanmer

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong retail background to lead our great team and take our community supermarket to the next level. The successful applicant will work closely with the owner operators to continue to build our great team, the offer in store and implement a planned renovation to ensure Hanmer Four Square continues to meet the needs of the community and the visitors to our beautiful town.

Key responsibilities

• Driving retail sales through store execution and stock control
• Managing the team on a daily basis to ensure great productivity
• Ensuring our Food Safety and Health and Safety is first class.

Hours

40 – 45 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday

About you

• Previous Supermarket is essential with a preference for previous management experience
• Duty Managers License
• Strong understanding of Stock control and managing profitability
• An understanding of SAP
• A leader of people and strong communication skills
