Step into a rare opportunity to manage a brand-new, purpose-built Gen 4 Four Square supermarket – the newest store of its kind in the South Island having opened mid July 2025!

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead from the front, build a strong team culture, and grow with our exciting new venture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the grocery or retail supermarket industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A current Duty Manager’s certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
• Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, merchandising, and compliance
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in store management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
