New World Stanmore is seeking a strong leader with a solid fresh foods supermarket background to lead our capable Service Deli and Seafood teams. The stable Service Deli/Seafood team need a passionate, positive leader to take the departments to the next level.
This key position will report directly to the owners of the store, Kerry and Sally-Anne Tull.
The successful applicant will require the following skills/abilities:
- An inspirational leader who can drive the team well and build a strong team culture.
- Ability to deliver on agreed budgets and targets.
- A passion to deliver new and exciting products for our customers.
- Have SAP experience and able to complete effective ordering of supplies.
- Sound understanding of the Food Safety requirements of our Food Control Plan.
- Good production planning abilities to produce products in an efficient manner.
The person we are looking for will be a driven, self-starter, who has the ability to follow through with tasks. A positive outlook and good sense of humour are also very important!
The hours/days for this full-time, permanent position will be discussed at interview. We have yet to set the specifics of this as we have flexibility to adjust for the right person.
