Retail Supervisor - New World Wanaka

Our stunning store, in the heart of the magical Wanaka community, has been operating since August 1997.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and leading of your departmental team, ensuring operational excellence
• Ensuring standards and daily tasks are achieved with having an eye for the detail. You will be able to notice the little things that most people don’t whilst working in a timely manner.
• Effectively plan, monitor and prioritise work progress throughout the day
• Maintain and audit service standards
• Maintaining our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
• Effectively resolve all customer related enquiries and complaints when able to and escalate issues to management when required
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and best practise guidelines

The successful applicants will have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role with a retail or hospitality environment
• Full clean and clear driver’s licence
• Proficiency in the use of SAP and Vretrieve systems
• Well-developed time management skills
• Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
• High level of initiative and commitment

These are permanent full-time positions. You will need to be available to work over weekends.

Remuneration will be between $26.00 and $29.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
