Deli Assistant - New World Blenheim
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, enthusiastic person to join our busy Deli Department at PAK’nSAVE Blenheim.
Our Deli assistants are at the heart of our Deli team! Your role is to assist with the production of our delicious instore-made products. You'll be working in a team of experienced & skilled cooks so if you're looking to learn the trade, there'll be no better place!
Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience working in a kitchen or a true foodie who is willing to put their skills to great use.
This position involves:
- Preparation and handling of food product
- Packaging and presentation of products
- Ticketing and pricing of products
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining our high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Being honest and reliable
- Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Be a team player
- Comply with our Health & Safety and Food Safety programs
There is currently one part time position available.
Hours of work:
Friday 6:00am- 3:00pm
Saturday 6:00am- 3:00pm
Sunday 6:00am- 3:00pm
Monday 6:00am- 3:00pm
