At Pak’n Save Blenheim we are passionate about our store and delivering quality products to our customers. We are a dynamic bunch, with a strong focus on good culture within our PAK’nSAVE team.

We are looking for a talented and committed Produce Manager, who has a passion for fresh food retailing to assist the Fresh Food Manager and ensure that our store delivers the best customer shopping experience possible.

It would be an advantage to have knowledge of the Produce industry, preferably having worked in a supermarket environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with sales representatives and merchandisers.
  • Source, select, and purchase high-quality produce, ensuring variety, value and customer satisfaction
  • Be required to hold or obtain a valid Forklift License and First Aid Certificate
  • Be passionate about fresh fruit and vegetables and delivering best quality at best prices
  • Be physically fit and able to repeatedly lift heavy items (up to 15kg)
  • Passion for delivering quality products and enhancing the customer experience

About You:

  • Analyse sales trends to anticipate customer needs and adjust buying strategies
  • Planning and organising promotional displays and space management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for delivering quality products and enhancing the customer experience
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

Be available to work:

  • Monday - OFF
  • Tuesday - 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Wednesday - 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Thursday - 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Friday - 6:00am – 3:30pm
  • Saturday - 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday – OFF
