PAK’nSAVE Invercargill are seeking an Assistant Produce Manager (2IC), to lead a professional team, providing the Southland region with a vast range of fresh Fruit & Vegetables at the lowest possible prices. A great opportunity to progress a career in fast moving consumer goods.

The candidate will consistently maintain high levels of retail discipline to ensure our product is always fresh for our customers. This includes the strict management of a logistical supply chain, training and development of fellow team members, stock rotation and managing instore cleaning throughout our trade.

The candidate will have the experience of communicating, liaising and building robust relationships with team members and valued suppliers. The candidate will have a strong financial understanding, with the ability react quickly to changes in the market.

Pak’nSave Invercargill are currently undergoing major store refurbishments, the Produce Assistant Manager will play an integral role throughout this process, coordinating and managing logistical challenges faced during this process.

This is a full time position working Sunday to Thursday, 45 hours per week. The exact hours of the position will be discussed with applicants at the interview stage.
