Produce Assistant Manager - PAK'nSAVE Dunedin

Dunedin Pak’nSave is the home of Stickman and New Zealand’s lowest prices, we are proudly locally owned and operated.

We are looking for a responsible, passionate and highly motivated person with a great team attitude to help lead the daily running of our busy produce department

Working alongside our Produce Manager, you will be helping to plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operation of the department

Days and Hours: Will be discussed at the interview. Your week will include a weekend shift.

Key responsibilities

• Procurement of stock
• Ensure the shop is presented to a high standard at all times
• Utilise SAP to its full capabilities to ensure stock flows smoothly from chiller to shelf
• Ensure and manage a fresh offering via effective filling and stock rotation
• Ensure your team is providing great customer service
• Create a positive environment for your team with opportunities for development & growth
• Sole charge in the absence of the manager
• Be physically fit and able to repetitively lift heavy items up to 15kgs
