We're looking for a motivated and reliable Produce 2IC to help lead our Produce Department and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

Working closely with the Produce Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring fresh, high-quality produce is beautifully presented and available for our customers at all times.

What you'll be responsible for:

Assisting with the daily operation of the Produce Department
Leading and supporting team members
Maintaining high standards of presentation and freshness
Stock replenishment and inventory control
Delivering excellent customer service
Supporting the Produce Manager with ordering, merchandising, and team development

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a produce, grocery, retail, or supermarket environment
Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A commitment to food safety and health & safety standards
Someone who leads by example and takes pride in their work

Hours of Work

Tuesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Wednesday: 6:30am - 11:30mm (lunch break optional)
Thursday: 6:30am - 11:30am (lunch break optional)
Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Saturday: 5:30am - 2:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
