Online Supervisor/Driver

With our rapidly growing Click & Collect and Home Delivery services, we’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Online team as an Online Department Supervisor/Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced supermarket environment and enjoys delivering top-notch service to our customers.

As a key part of our Online operation, you’ll oversee day-to-day picking and packing, ensure the department runs smoothly, and support the safe, timely delivery of customer orders.

Position Details

This is a permanent role with the following rostered hours:

Monday: 6:00am–3:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm (Driving shift)

Sunday: 6:00am–3:30pm

• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
• A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting daily Online shopping operations
• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Completing safe and efficient home deliveries
• Coaching and guiding Online team members to achieve high performance
• Ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are always upheld
• Maintaining a tidy, well-organised Online department
• Assisting with problem-solving and customer queries
