This is a varied role, you will be in the Online department picking, packing and delivering, and also working in other department's replenishing stock and assisting customers.
Your main duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading Click and Collect lockers
- Helping Customers via telephone with order queries and product substitutions
- Delivering Orders by vehicle
- Updating orders in the computer system
- Replenishing stock
- Helping customers instore with enquiries
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
Here's what you'll need:
- A restricted or full drivers license.
- To be physically fit you'll be on your feet all day, lifting, and moving
- Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up
- Customer service driven you'll spend a lot of time helping our customers
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable, we are a close team and you'll be missed if you're not here!
- Have a good work ethic
- Be able to work well under pressure
