We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Online Manager to lead our growing Online Shopping team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As Online Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Online department, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and efficiently while driving team performance and department results.

 

You'll lead and support our Online team, ensuring orders are completed accurately, customer enquiries are resolved professionally, and department KPIs are achieved. You'll manage rosters, monitor productivity, maintain operational standards, and work closely with other departments across the store to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You'll also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the department operates safely and efficiently

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience. 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills. 
  • A passion for customer service and delivering great results. 
  • The ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience leading and motivating a team. 
  • Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems. 
  • Retail, supermarket, or online fulfilment experience would be an advantage.
  • A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence, with the ability to complete customer deliveries when required.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required

 

Days & Hours of Work:

Tuesday - Saturday             9:00am – 6:00pm (42.5hrs per week)
