Night Fill Trading Manager
Night Fill Trading Manager – PAK’nSAVE Blenheim
Lead our Night Fill team and keep our shelves looking their best!
PAK’nSAVE Blenheim is looking for an experienced Night Fill Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, organising, and managing the night fill operation across our Dry goods departments. Your work will ensure our shelves are consistently stocked and presented to the highest standard, helping us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Night Fill team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure stock presentation and fill standards are met across Dry Goods departments
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in night fill processes
- Manage rostering and staff resources within wage budgets
- Oversee training and development for team members
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Support a strong safety culture and positive team environment
- Collaborate with department managers to meet customer needs
- Conduct stocktakes and ensure accurate system updates
What We’re Looking For
- An NZQF level 5 qualification or 3 years relevant work experience
- Sound SAP and Excel capabilities to achieve supermarket financial KPI’s
- Current Forklift Licence
- Proven decision-making abilities with exceptional organisational, presentation and planning skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in retail or supermarket
- Strong IT skills – confident with spreadsheets and systems
- Great attitude and an always-improving mindset
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
- Commitment to Health & Safety and team wellbeing
Preferred:
- Inventory control experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Forklift Licence

This is a permanent full-time role, reporting to the Dry Goods Manager. Remuneration will be between $28 - $32 per hour with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including one weekend day. Specific hours will be discussed at interview.
