Night Fill Supervisor
Are you looking for a role where you can stay active, help lead a team, and help keep the shelves stocked for our community? PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is looking for a Night Fill Supervisor to join our Dry Goods team. We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, integrity, trust, honesty, and a solid work ethic to thrive in our fast-paced environment. If you have proven supermarket experience, enjoy leading a team, and can keep things running smoothly under pressure, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead, support, and motivate the Night Fill team to achieve daily targets
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and presented to a high standard
- Coordinate workload and delegate tasks across the team
- Work hands-on in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 20kg)
- Take ownership of the department overnight and maintain excellent presentation
- Support a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supermarket or relevant retail experience
- Reliable, punctual, and great at managing time and priorities
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
- A team player who can build relationships and get the best out of others
- Able to travel safely to and from work at late hours
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday 14:30 – 23:00 = 40 Hours
