MORNING FILL SUPERVISOR

Join our dynamic team as a Morning Fill team Supervisor in the Grocery Department of Richmond Pak n Save.

We are seeking a motivated individual that will thrive leading a team in this fast - paced environment to reach the store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating and encouraging the team to get the best out of them on any given day
• Merchandising and store presentation is up to the required standard.
• Developing the team to work in happy team environment so that it will support everyone to achieve their tasks.
• Assisting in the inventory management of the grocery department.

Requirements:

• Early riser as this position is a 3am start
• Attention to detail and people awareness
• Team leader, trainer, motivated to excel in this field of work
• Forklift experience (training well be provided)
• Has a First–aid certificate or is willing to be put through this course.

This person needs to be reliable and can handle a day that is never the same and evolving as the minutes pass.

Reporting directly to the Grocery Operations Manager, this is a full-time 40 hour position, over 4 days from Sunday - Wednesday with a 3am start, but there is an option for this position being worked over 5 days.

We are looking for individuals with the above-mentioned skills but for the right candidate we are willing to dedicate time and effort into training to develop the above skills.
