Liquor Assistant - New World Centre City

About the role

This full-time role is perfect for individuals looking to start or transition their career into Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Displaying a drive for personal development and ambition to do great things, this role can provide a pathway towards buying and people leadership, even store management!

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise the liquor retail area, ensuring our customers can shop for what they want, when they want it.
• Create visually appealing display and maintain stock levels.
• Deliver on the excellent customer service New World is renowned for.

Hours

New World Centre City operates from 07:30am – 10:00pm, 7 days a week, shift patterns to include a weekend day and evening shifts.

FULL TIME, 40 hours per week, Sun – Thu

• Sunday 09:00 – 17:30
• Monday 07:00 – 15:30
• Tuesday 10:30 – 19:00
• Wednesday 10:30 – 19:00
• Thursday 10:30 – 19:00

About you

• No prior experience is necessary – we will provide you with comprehensive training to set you up for success.
• Passionate about premium beer, wine, and delivering great customer service.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
