Inwards Goods – Storeroom Assistant
New World Rolleston is seeking a motivated Inwards Goods / Storeroom Assistant. Do you have an eye for detail and are known to be accurate in your work? Do you enjoy an active hands-on role? The inwards goods role is vital for checking all stock deliveries that arrive through our inwards goods department and receipting them into our inventory.
We are looking for:
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Good communication with a positive outlook
- Physically active and fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
- Well organised and focused
- Good punctuality and attendance
- Some flexibility to occasionally work extra shifts over and above your core hours
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Current Forklift licence
- Previous SAP experience is preferred but not essential
Your day-to-day:
- Working quickly and efficiently while managing your own workload
- Being part of a team to achieve daily tasks and communicating with the rest of the team
- Having excellent health and safety processes
- Using initiative to priorities tasks and plan your day
Days and hours:
Sunday – Thursday 6:30am – 3:00pm
