The role:

• Work with, and as a part of our highly performing management team comprised of tenured department specialists and rising stars to ensure HR needs are fulfilled and departments are appropriately staffed and skilled.
• Oversee onboarding of team members to ensure each new hire is resourced, inducted, trained and ready to hit the ground running.
• Support department managers with their HR needs to ensure smooth running and team welfare is prioritized.
• In a rapidly changing industry, stay one step ahead in all things compliance. From Liquor Licensing to Food Safety - being organized is key.
• Work with department managers across Health and Safety procedures, training, and compliance.
• Assist with loss prevention by utilizing CCTV to investigate and report incidents.
