Grocery Supervisor

Grocery Supervisor | New World Fendalton | 30 Hours

We're looking for an experienced supermarket leader to take ownership of the presentation, availability, and replenishment of our Grocery Department each afternoon.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small team, maintain high standards throughout the department, and ensure customers enjoy a full, fresh, and well-presented shopping experience.

Roster:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
• 2:00pm - 9:30pm

Key responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the presentation and standards of the Grocery Department each afternoon
• Driving product availability and shelf replenishment
• Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team
• Ensuring stock is worked efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining merchandising, stock rotation, and food safety standards
• Delivering excellent customer service and a safe working environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous supermarket experience is essential
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, as forklift driving is an essential part of the role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards
