Your key responsibilities and requirements will be:
- Motivate, lead and support the team / Rostering
- Replenishing shelves and displays
- Ensure high standards of merchandising and presentation are achieved and maintained
- Identifying items requiring replenishment
- Building displays
- Out of stock process and reaching targets
- Helping customers
- Ensuring all departments are maintaining appropriate store display standards
- Maximising sales and achieving specified profit margins whilst managing expenses, stock levels and the department team to ensure our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience
About you:
- Customer focused, enthusiastic with a positive attitude is a must
- You will have a minimum of 2 years grocery experience
- Previous leadership experience essential
- You thrive on the fast pace of retail and understand the value you can bring to the customer and store
- Self-starter, team player, great communicator and able to think on your feet and multitask.
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items

Hours of work:
40 hours a week (Sunday to Thursday)
