The position is accountable for:

• Ensuring sales and financial targets of the Frozen Foods Department are met
• Purchasing stock through DC and direct supplier channels
• Forward planning promotional activity
• Using SAP to set up display activity 
• Meeting with sales reps and merchandisers on a daily basis
• Purchasing new products
• Completing shelf relays to align with category strategy and insights 
• Staff management and department wage analysis

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Experience with operating systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Good time management
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Diploma in Business Management
• 3-5 Years Retail Management Experience
• Full Forklift Licence
• Liquor Licence
