Fresh Food Supervisor – New World Wanaka

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
• Managing and supervising team members
• Food planning, preparation, production and presentation
• Food Safety and Health & Safety
• Assisting with ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
• Supporting the seafood team

To be a good fit for this role you will be able to:

• Supervise and manage a busy and diverse team
• Effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
• Be competent using computer programs – SAP experience is ideal
• Assist with the management of food safety and health and safety
• Have a proven background in food production and cooking, as we make an extensive range of in-house products.

The shifts for this role will be negotiated at time of interview.  This is a full-time permanent role reporting directly to the Deli Manager.  Remuneration for this role will be between $27.00 – 32.00 per hour with minimum guaranteed hours being 30 per week.
