Evening Supervisor / Duty Manager

We are seeking highly motivated and energetic person to join our team.

All of our roles require the delivery of fantastic ‘Customer Service’ and becoming part of our ‘One Team’ philosophy. This is an excellent opportunity for a people who have the personal qualities already associated with providing excellent customer service and working in a team.

We currently have a Permanent Part time role available.

• Sunday Grocery Supervisor 2pm – 9pm
• Friday Evening Duty Manager 4:30pm – 9:30pm

The responsibilities of these positions include:

• Delivering excellent Customer Service
• Ability to lead and supervise a team during display change over on a Sunday night
• Keeping stock organized and tidy storeroom for the following day
• Following the correct Inwards good procedures
• Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety policies
• Forklift license or be willing to get one
• First Aid trained or willing to complete training
• Overseeing the operations within the store as a whole in the evenings
• Flexible with hours, willing to pick up extra shifts when needed
  

Personal attributes required are:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Physical fitness for either lifting crates and boxes and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task and also complete tasks within the required timeframes
• Motivation to learn new skills
• A positive work ethic and attitude
• Eye for detail to meet the expectations of the store as a whole
• Ability to make quick and decisive decisions
• Excellent time management
• Having a good can-do attitude to complete tasks
