We are looking for skilled leaders and team players who enjoy a busy environment to join us as Duty Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the day to day operation of the retail floor and team
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation, with strong attention to detail
• Manage product mix to provide the best range for customers
• Oversee the sale of liquor and tobacco
• Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Manage stock levels based on trade patterns
• Perform overall store duty management as rostered

About You – The Successful Applicant Will Have

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supermarket
• A Manager’s Certificate (liquor licence) or ability to obtain one
• Strong customer service skills
• Good time management and communication skills
• Confident in leading and supporting a team
• Sound problem solving and decision making ability
• Experience with SAP or similar systems
• A quick learner with a positive attitude
• A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one
• Experience working in a fresh food department

Pay rate range for these positions are $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.  The shifts for these roles will include weekends.  These roles relate to ANZSCO 142111 (Skill level 2) Retail Manager.
