What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the team during afternoon and evening operations
- Ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience
- Overseeing and completing daily store tasks and closing procedures
- Handling any issues that arise with confidence and professionalism
- Keeping the store clean, safe, and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in FMCG or retail
- Reliable, proactive, and hands-on
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- A genuine customer-focused attitude
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to work one weekend day
