Duty Manager
We are a busy Christchurch supermarket seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our fantastic team as our Late Afternoon / Evening Duty Manager.
The successful applicant should have experience working in a supermarket environment and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Dedicated to customer service and achieving store objectives

- Proven leadership skills, including performance management and experience with large teams

- Discreet with sensitive information
Key responsibilities include:
- Uphold high merchandising standards
- Support Department Managers with store operations
- Conduct daily/nightly department checks
- Assist managers in meeting financial targets
- Ensure excellent store and staff presentation
- Maintain Health & Food Safety compliance
- Be on call some evenings
- Support owners in elevating store standards
- Supervise the store in management’s absence
- Assist all departments as needed
