Four Square Brightwater is looking for an eager, experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager.
The days and hours of this role will be discussed at interview stage however it does require one weekend shift and closing the store so flexibility with shift timings is required.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Shop appearance and replenishment
- Supervising the Sale and Supply of Alcohol, Tobacco & Lotto
The successful applicant must:
- Be customer focused
- Be willing to learn
- Work at a fast pace
- Be a team player
- Have a positive attitude
- Be physically able for heavy lifting and movement
- Takes initiative to solve problems
Having the following would be advantageous to applicants:
- Current LCQ and Duty Managers certificate
- Experience in a Supermarket or the FMCG industry
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
