store, fresh fit-out and wide offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open
our doors again to the Mount Albert community!
With
our opening date set for August 2024 we are seeking a Dry Goods Manager to join
the team. You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful
store opening and to continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for
our community.
As Dry Goods Manager, you will:
- Manage
all dry departments, support, and develop your leaders and drive performance.
- Lead and
inspire a team of store assistants.
- Drive operational
excellence across the Dry Departments and provide an excellent customer
experience.
- Be responsible for SAP orders, rostering, and inventory control.
- Search constantly for areas to improve our dry goods presentation,
availability, operations, productivity, and efficiency.

What are we looking for:
- An
ability to listen, advise and come up with commercial, customer driven
solutions.
- Strong
experience using SAP required.
- Operational
retailer who can guide strong and productive solutions.
- A love of
retail and career aspirations to go further.
- Sound
computer literacy and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
- Great
people skills and people management potential.
- Previous
duty manager or sole charge experience advantageous.
- CQ and/or
Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol is advantageous.
