Customer Services Assistant Manager


PAK'nSAVE Rangiora is looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our busy Front-End operation. Working alongside and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Checkouts and Online Shopping team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead from the front, support and develop our team, and help ensure our customers receive a great experience every time they shop with us.

  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take on greater responsibility.
  • A current Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager's Certificate (essential).

 

About the Role

As the Customer Services Assistant Manager, you will support the Customer Service Manager and Online Manager with the smooth running of the Checkout and Online departments while being a visible and approachable leader for the team. You will help maintain high standards of customer service, support team performance and development, and ensure the department operates effectively throughout the day. This is a permanent, 40-hour-per-week position, including one weekend shift. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
