We are looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and always strives for excellence in Customer Service.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting the department manager in the efficient running of the department
- Supervising and managing checkout staff
- Ensuring customer enquiries and complaints are effectively managed
- Providing leadership to ensure our team deliver excellent customer service
- Training of staff
The successful applicant will ideally:
- Present proven supervisory experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail and a high level of integrity
- Drive high standards within the department
- Have experience with POS systems
- Customer and results focused
