Checkout Supervisor


A position has become available to join our Checkout leadership team.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and always strives for excellence in Customer Service.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Assisting the department manager in the efficient running of the department
  • Supervising and managing checkout staff
  • Ensuring customer enquiries and complaints are effectively managed
  • Providing leadership to ensure our team deliver excellent customer service
  • Training of staff

The successful applicant will ideally:

  • Present proven supervisory experience in a customer service role
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail and a high level of integrity
  • Drive high standards within the department
  • Have experience with POS systems
  • Customer and results focused
