Checkout Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing:

• In conjunction with the Checkout Manager and 2IC, lead and motivate the Checkout team to achieve performance goals and maintain a collaborative and positive environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide coaching to help team members grow.
• In conjunction with the Checkout Manager and 2IC, oversee operations including customer service, scan rates, packing and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and store policies.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management, resolving conflicts and maintaining strong relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement through innovation and feedback.
• Support with staffing, scheduling, and productivity to optimise efficiency.
• Roll up your sleeves—collaborate, support, and drive team success.

• Top-notch presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Future-focused planner with excellent time management.
• LCQ would be an advantage.
