At Bishopdale New World affectionately known as "The Bish" we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Checkout Supervisor to help lead our amazing Customer Service Department. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the Charge: Organise and inspire our checkout team, ensuring seamless operations and happy customers.

Customer Champion: Authorise alcohol and tobacco purchases, provide stellar service and expertly scan and pack groceries.

Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with creativity and confidence, keeping our checkout running smoothly.

Clean & Bright: Maintain tidy checkout areas to enhance the shopping experience.

Versatile Support: Jump in to serve on Lotto and Self Scan and step up at the checkout when needed.

Hours:

Monday: 5pm-9pm Wednesday: 5pm-9pm Sunday: 2.30pm-9pm

Positive Energy: Your ‘can-do’ attitude brightens the day for both customers and colleagues!

Physically Fit: This role requires being on your feet, so bring your energy!

Certified: A Liquor Duty Manager Certificate is preferred; however, we are willing to provide the necessary training for the right candidate.

Great Banter: You know how to engage with customers and staff alike, keeping the atmosphere lively and fun!
