CHECKOUT SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a confident and customer‑focused Checkout Supervisor to support the Checkout Manager in the daily operation of our busy Front End. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll help deliver outstanding service and bring our Brand Promise of “SWEET AS” to life.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy leading a large team, and take pride in making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Supervise and support a large checkout team
Close the checkout department in the evenings
Ensure checkout procedures are followed correctly and consistently
Monitor checkout security and customer flow
Manage queues and ensure the right number of checkouts are open
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑presented checkout area
Follow Sales of Liquor, Health & Safety, and Food Safety policies
Train, coach, and support new team members
