Excellent Customer Service : A Team Player : Great Leadership : Experienced in Staff Management? Are you ready to take on the rewarding role of running the Checkout/Customer Service Department within our busy supermarket retail operation?
This is an opportunity for someone with a positive attitude to lead and develop a great team. Our ideal Checkout Manager will have :
-Proven success in leading and motivating a large team
-Current or previous experience in a Checkout/Retail Manager or 2IC role
-Be able to plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operation of a very busy Department ensuring company objectives are met
-An excellent work ethic with the passion to ensure the team deliver on our high customer service standards each and every time
-Computer skills, including rostering
-Ability to be proactive and engaging with customers and staff
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week (includes 1 weekend shift). Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ Work permit.
