Cafe Manager - New World Three Parks
Would you enjoy leading and working with a great team of people who excel in making and serving quality food and coffee to the Wanaka community? If you have experience baking, food handling, food preparation and barista experience and proven experience leading a team then this could be the role for you!
This role requires strong leadership skills, and the successful candidate will thrive on challenge, be confident, enthusiastic and decisive. You will be upskilling and training new and existing staff, rostering, ordering, stock management and leading by example to provide excellent food and customer service to our customers. You must also maintain high standards of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety at all times.

The key responsibilities of the successful applicant include:
- Formal qualification is essential
- Working knowledge of SAP Portal
- Knowledge of sales and gross profit
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained
- Organising, leading and coaching of staff
- Maintaining our Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards within your department using Food Safe Probe Software
- Inventory management
Hours:
This is a permanent Full-Time position which will include a weekend shift, early starts.
