We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area and we need innovative and customer-focused team member to join our Cafe. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have access to delicious coffee.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our cafe. In this fast paced role, you will see that our cafe customers are taken care of, from making their coffee to preparing their toasties! If you thrive in a hardworking environment, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and are eager to learn, then we want to hear from you.
This is a part-time role working (24 hours per week) and would suit someone who is studying or looking to get their foot in the door. Previous experience as a barista is a bonus BUT all applicants will be considered, as long as you have the right attitude and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve cafe products, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Handle our cafe operations, including coffee/drink preparation and food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Ensure that Food Safety is completed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience

The successful applicant must be available to work over the Christmas and New Year period and be prepared to take on extra shifts to cover sick/annual leave.
The hours for the role are:
Monday: 8.00am-4.30pm
Friday: 8.00am-4.30pm
Sunday: 8.00am-4.30pm
