Butchery Manager
An exciting opportunity has become available within our supermarket and calls for a person who can plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operations of the Butchery Department. The successful applicant will need to have butchery experience with excellent planning and organisational skills, including being computer literate and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achievement of key department targets
- Production planning.
- Ensure standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained.
- The implementation and overseeing of Department Food Safety & Health requirements.
- Effective team leadership
- Stock ordering to meet the stores requirements
- Waste control within the Department
This role is a full-time position, which requires working one day of the weekend.
All applicants must have staff management experience and a keen eye for detail is critical.
