We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to support our Butchery Manager. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high standards.

About the role:

• Support the Butchery Manager in daily operations
• Prepare, pack, label, and present meat products to a high standard
• Maintain excellent cleaning standards and product presentation
• Ensure food safety and health and safety requirements are met
• Help achieve department targets and minimise waste
• Some heavy lifting required 
• Drive efficiency and have strong time management skills
• Up to 40 hours per week including one weekend day

About you:

• Passion for food and customer service
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Good communication skills
• Qualified butcher preferred (not essential)
• Supermarket or butchery experience advantageous
