New World Ilam Butchery Assistant
We are seeking a part-time Butchery Assistant to join our awesome team in the Butchery/Seafood Department. This is a busy dynamic environment and one that prides itself on providing quality product to all our customers.
Food handling experience would be advantageous, but we provide on the job training.
Your day to day:
- Serving customers at both the Seafood and Butchery serve over
- Packing and labelling of products
- Some meat preparation
- Maintain the highest standards of merchandising and product presentation
- Cleaning down the Butchery at the end of the day
- Assisting with all other duties that form part of the Butchery and Seafood Department
What we need from you:
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Fantastic work ethic and hardworking nature
- Physically fit as involves lifting up to 20kg
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Team player as well as able to work unsupervised
Hours
This is a permanent part-time position working Tuesday 4pm-9pm and Saturday 1pm-9pm (12 hours).
