What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring all meat displayed is correctly trayed, wrapped, and labelled.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and providing great service.
• Maintaining high merchandising standards at all times.
• Packing and labelling meat correctly for sale.
• Following Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and compliance procedures.
• Contributing as a positive, respectful and effective team member.
• Performing heavy lifting up to 15kg.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions (meat department).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about what you do.
• Enjoy working with the public and keen to grow your career in the supermarket industry.
• A great team player with a flexible attitude.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

 

Hours and days of work will be discussed during the interview.
