Butcher

We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Qualified Butcher in our busy Invercargill store. 

As we are a 7 day a week business, flexibility is required – specific hours and days of work to be discussed at the interview process.

Key duties include:

• Butchery of Lamb, Pork, Chicken, Beef for retail
• Maintain high levels of food safety 
• Cleaning and sanitising
• Good communication with Butchery management team
• Ability to work cohesively with other team members

The job is fast-paced, physical and will require the ability to lift heavy stock.
