Are you an enthusiastic, skilled baker with a flair for leadership?

We’re looking for a Bakery Manager to lead our busy Bakery Department and keep our shelves filled with the delicious, freshly-made products our customers love!

About the Role:

Our Bakery is at the heart of our production team. As Bakery Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a motivated team, and ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. This is a hands-on role where your baking skills, creativity, and leadership will shine.

• A qualified or highly experienced baker
• Strong leadership and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in the baking or food service management.
• Great with people – able to inspire, train, and support your team
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Strong teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering top-quality products
• Qualified baker

This position involves: 

• Preparation and handling of food product
• Packaging and presentation of products

• Maintaining our high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
