We are seeking someone hungry for a change or someone who wants to reignite an old passion in our busy bakery. You will be a part of an experienced, motivated and passionate team who bake and produce goods to an exceptionally high-standard an provide attractive high-quality goods for our consumers.

We’re looking for a passionate Baker who takes pride in their work and producing high quality departments and delivering excellence to all our customers.

Key responsibilities of this position include: 

• Producing a full range of quality baked goods
• Meeting store objectives in productivity, quality and presentation
• Presenting the department to a high standard, including cabinet merchandising
• Maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
• Packing/ traying and cleaning

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Passion for the industry
• Attention to detail
• Trade qualification or significant relevant experience is attractive but not required

-Level 4 Qualification or higher

-Ideally at least 1 year experience in a retail environment

• Positive and personable attitude
• Great time management and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours of work:

Sunday – Thursday 40-hour full-time role. This role will include some 2am starts but to be discussed in interview.
