Bakery Assistant
We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area and we need innovative and customer-focused team member to join our Bakery Department. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide variety of quality bakery products.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our bakery team. To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide excellent customer service, have a positive attitude, work well under pressure and be physically active and upbeat. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with our regular customers and provide them with the exceptional experience they deserve.
Duties include:
- Assisting the Bakery team with packaging, pricing and presenting our Bakery products.
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Exceeding customers service expectations
- Physically fit and high level of personal presentation
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements
- A team player
- Reliable, organised and good time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
The successful applicant must have a full license as the hours required are early morning starts.
The hours for the role are:
Tuesday: 4.30am-1.00pm
Wednesday: 4.30am-1.00pm
Thursday: 4.30am-1.00pm
Friday: 4.30am-1.00pm
Saturday: 4.30am-1.00pm
No experience needed, as full training will be provided.
