PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is on the lookout for full-time and part-time qualified Bakers to join our team and help us become the ‘future of food retail in North Canterbury’. Our Bakery team takes pride in delivering high quality, delicious baked goods to our loyal customers every day. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills, creativity, and product knowledge to a busy, supportive, and energetic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing high quality bakery items including breads, cakes, slices, and biscuits for retail sale
- Ensuring all products are presented to an exceptional standard
- Maintaining compliance with our Food Safety and Health & Safety programmes
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a hands-on team
- Meeting production targets and daily schedules set by the Bakery Manager
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven cake decorating skills
- Has experience baking breads and other bakery staples
- Has worked in a bakery or supermarket environment
- Has sound knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines
Role details:
The positions we have available are:
- Permanent full-time hours: Sunday and Monday 2:00 – 10:30, Tuesday to Thursday 4:00 – 12:30 = 40 Hours
- Permanent part-time hours: Sunday and Monday 2:00 – 10:30 = 16 Hours
