Baker

We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic baker to create delicious, freshly baked goods for our store. If you love the smell of fresh bread and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Bake from scratch and bake-off: Prepare a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and artisanal goods to a high-quality standard.
• Production: Follow daily baking schedules to ensure shelves, display cases, and self-serve cabinets are fully stocked throughout the day.
• Ensure food safety: Maintain a spotlessly clean workspace, strictly adhering to food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide excellent service: Greet customers warmly & be able to answer questions about ingredients or allergens.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in a food prep environment.
• Skills: Ideally knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, proofing times, and operating commercial ovens/mixers.
• Team player: A reliable individual with strong communication skills, an eye for detail and ability to work in a team environment.
