Join Our Bakery Team as a Baker All-Rounder at Bishopdale New World!

Do you have a love for baking and a passion for making delicious treats? We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Bakery All-Rounder to join our team at Bishopdale New World. If you're ready to help with everything from dough to ovens, cakes to sweets and packing merchandising this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We need a team player who is willing to lend a hand across different roles, ensuring everything from our dough to finished baked goods is top-notch for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dough & Oven Mastery: Assist with the preparation of dough and the baking process to create our mouth-watering treats. Cake & Sweet Perfection: Help with baking and decorating cakes and sweet treats that our customers love.
• Packing & Presentation: Ensure all our fresh-baked goods are beautifully packed and ready for customers.
• Team Support: Be flexible and ready to jump into different roles as needed, contributing wherever your help is needed.
• Weekend Warrior: Work Fridays Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays helping us keep our bakery running smoothly during our busiest times.

About You: 

• Versatile & Willing: You enjoy variety and are happy to help with different aspects of bakery work.
• Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and contribute to creating a positive atmosphere at work.
• Passionate About Baking: You love working with dough, ovens and sweets and take pride in creating great products.
• Reliable & Organised: You are dependable with a strong attention to detail in all areas of the job, from preparation to packing.
• Ready to Start Early: You’re ready to start work at 7am and are enthusiastic to help out through to 3.30pm.
