Our Deli is searching for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team and put us at the top of the food game.
In this role, not only are you creating food to make the taste buds tingle, but also assisting our Deli Manager is all areas of Deli life. This includes: assigning team tasks, training, menu development, ordering, quality control, food safety, stocktaking, rosters and providing outstanding customer service.
You need to love food to do this job! Experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchen is preferable. You will also need to have strict quality standards, be able to multitask, be a problem solver, have great communication skills and be organised. Our team will be looking to you for guidance so experience managing people is essential.
This is a full-time role. Days of work are Tuesday - Saturday. Hours will be discussed at the interview stage.
