Four Square Te Anau are looking to recruit a Store Manager for their Supermarket which is based in the beautiful and scenic Fiordland.
This role reports directly to the owner – operators.
Previous management experience in a New World, PAK’nSAVE or large Four Square is essential as is a strong working knowledge of SAP in relation to supermarkets
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety regulation
- Assisting with staff selection and training
- Managing the floor staff to ensure a well-presented store and 1st class customer service
- Managing the Grocery and Frozen offer in store
- Acting as primary Duty Manager
- Lotto
- Rostering
- Cashier Tracking
- Store Financial Performance
Evening and weekend work is a requirement of this role.
We are looking for someone who is living or will move to Te Anau as this person will take full responsibility for the store including after hour calls outs in the owners’ absence.
